*Out-of-pocket-maximums refer to the most you’ll pay in a calendar year out of pocket for copay. With the Sharp Classic plan you will, at most, pay $1,500 ($3,000 for families) for medical care in a year.  That means if there are serious issues going on and you are in and out of the hospital/doctors, you won’t have to worry about going above that amount. On top of that, through Sharp’s Value network you have access to a huge network of doctors and specialists all in and around the San Diego area.
