The Dental HMO plan is available only to SDPEBA Members living in California, New York, and New Jersey.

The Dental HMO is designed to be a low-cost plan with the coverage you need and the features you deserve. The MetLife Dental HMO plan offers you and your family comprehensive dental benefits with set co-payments for listed

services.

You choose a primary dentist from MetLife’s network of providers. You may change dentists once a month by contacting MetLife.

One of the best parts of the HMO plan is that you know exactly how much a procedure will cost, as they have listed co-payments for all covered diagnostic and preventive services.

Additionally, there are no deductibles or dollar maximums.
